Do you deduct VAT for non-EU customers?

Yes, if your delivery address is outside the EU our systems automatically deducts VAT during checkout. Very unfair to pay for something you don't have to pay for, isn't it?

My tracking code does not work, what is the current status of my shipment?

Sometimes a tracking code does not give instant information about the progress of your shipment. In such cases a scan error occurred somewhere in the sorting process. No worries! From the moment the parcel is at DHL's main warehouse in Germany the shipment is traceable again. This may take up to 7 days from the moment your order is shipped. 

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping with DHL. 

What are the shipping costs?

During checkout the most up-to-date charges will be shown. Charges are depending on your location and the amount of items you buy. Our system takes both your location and amount of item into account for showing you the correct amount.
