KLM's first MD-11, with polished belly. Registration: PH-KCA. 
Short lived, but maybe the best possible KLM livery! She only flew with this livery for a few months. The only KLM MD-11 painted at the Long Beech facility. Due to regulations regarding the paint, all other KLM MD-11's were painted by KLM at Schiphol.

 
She was retired in 2014.
